Someone asked me why the soaps I made where any better than what they purchased in a store.

Well, quite simply, soaps from Chesapeake Bay Bath and Body.com, are all-natural. They have no chemicals. No preservatives. No parabans. Our soaps enrich the skin with emollients like olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil. They rinse clean and leave no soap scum on the skin. Oh, and we don't do any animal testing.

I make them in small batches so I can control quality. Each bar cures for four weeks to reach its peak hardness and gives off a rich creamy lather. And the scents, well, you have to try for yourself.
