One of the joys of creating my own line of soaps and bath products is making a little holiday magic for my son. One day, out of the blue, as I was cleaning up from making a batch of soap bars and his little face looked up at me and said, “Mommie, you’re an artist because you make soap.” I had no idea he knew what an artist was. But it make me feel wonderful hearing him say it. He asked me to make some soap for him for Christmas…and these are the bars I created.
Scented with Spiced Cranberry and Bayberry, I called them the Holiday Confetti soap and it became one of my best sellers. I may not really be the artist that I am in the eyes of my six-year-old son, but it's great that he thinks so.
